We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept most returns or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase (postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Please place the item securely in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be informed, shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
